We require a 10% deposit at time of booking, which is non-refundable after 24 hours. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to arrival, at which point it is also non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 3 days before your arrival to avoid being charged the full amount.

-Charges for any damages that occur during your stay to your room or furnishings, including outdoor furniture and decor, will be charged to the card on file.*
*Bug spray, if sprayed on window screens, lamp shades, electronics, curtains, walls, or bedding will be considered damage (meaning you will be responsible for the cost of replacing said items). Bug spray should only be sprayed outside, in an open area.
-Children 6 and younger stay free of charge.
